Please Read This Membership User Agreement and Disclaimer Before Joining As A Member Of The MLM Recruitment Center.

1. INTRODUCTION. This Service Agreement is entered into between MLM Recruitment Center, its successors and assigns, hereinafter, "MLMRC" and a member, the member, hereinafter, "Member", the service of providing email advertising and information and resources in the form of a membership, hereinafter, "Service(s)" or "Membership" or "members area". MLM Recruitment Center is a unique online Recruitment Center, which provides network marketers with specific services that can aid in their contacting home business opportunity prospects to grow a Members home based business or mlm business.

2. MEMBER'S ACCOUNT. Upon registration, the user will be provided a user name and password to enter the members area wherein a member will be able to use the MLMRC system in various ways to begin to grow their mlm downline. Any unauthorized use of the MLMRC service will be grounds for termination of this Agreement by MLMRC and or cancellation of a Members membership.

3. TERM OF AGREEMENT. Signing up as a Member of this website and continued use of the MLMRC services constitutes acceptance of this Agreement and any future versions. Both parties MLMRC and Members, hereto will be acting in an individual capacity and not as agents, employees, partners, joint ventures, or associates of one another.

4. PERFORMANCE. MLMRC shall be deemed to have performed its obligations under this Agreement upon providing the Member with access to the Members area in the form of a user name and password. The user name and password will be automatically provided after online payment has been made via paypal. Generally the user name and password will be emailed to the paypal email provided by the member at the time of purchase. If a user does not receive their user name and password after making a purchase or if their username and password is not working properly the member should contact us via the MLMRC contact page here and let us know so that we can remedy the problem. However, MLMRC reserves the right to refuse access of services to any member for any reason it deems appropriate. MLMRC does not provide any guarantee that a Member will increase their network marketing business or expand their downline as a result of using the MLMRC service. We simply cannot know how much interest there may be in any clients network marketing business. Some network marketing opportunities might attract more downline members while others might attract less depending largely on a variety of factors including but not limited to the mlm corporate marketing, compensation plan, countries the business opportunity is available, corporate website uptime, cost of entry, follow up by the Member to prospect inquiries and various other factors. MLMRC is not to be used or thought of as a replacement for a Member to continue their own individual efforts in ongoing recruiting and promotions and regular training provided by their mlm company to make efforts to increase their business and or grow their downline. MLMRC makes every effort using the MLMRC large warm market of mlm prospects to promote and recruite and grow a each Members downline but we cannot guarantee the actual number of signups a Member will receive. Should a member for some unknown reason not receive the full number of downline members offered in their service package, they can either let us know and we will make additional efforts to promote their MLM business in a reattempt to get more downline members to join their group, or alternatively if a Member is still dissatisfied for any reason they can exercise the MLMRC refund policy within 60 days of joining. Should any provision of this Agreement be found invalid, ineffective or unenforceable under present or future laws, the remainder of the provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired or invalidated. No waiver of breach of any provision of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any other breach, or of such provision. Failure of MLMRC to enforce at any time any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver thereof. The remedies reserved by MLMRC under this Agreement shall be cumulative and additional to any other remedies in law or equity.

5. SUBSCRIPTION REQUIREMENTS. a member, the Member, by registering for the MLM Recruitment Center, a Member hereby affirms that they are of legal age of employability as deemed by the governing authorities of the client's country of origin.

6. PAYMENT. We currently accept payment for a MLMRC services by either PayPal or Credit Card only.

7. WEB SITE AND SERVICE USAGE. The MLM Recruitment Center service is only meant for private use by individuals who are seeking help in growing their MLM downline. Any member found using the the MLMRC service for any other use than as a regular means to try and grow their mlm knowledge and or business, commercial or otherwise, will have their account access deleted. MLMRC AND ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR ASSIGNS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS OF DAMAGES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, MULTIPLE, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, LIQUIDATED, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. We do not assume responsibility in any way for the information that is provided by to the Members that they might discover by visiting some of the links that might take the member to other internet websites. The use of any other service or website that a Member might go to or use as a result of using the MLMRC Members area is completely at the Members own risk and we do not actively review the types of contacts, content, services, or information contained as a result of visiting any external link by way of the MLMRC Members Area. By becoming a Member a member hereby exclude MLMRC from any liability that may result in the use of any other services that might arise by using the MLMRC services.

8. TERMINATION. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason. A Member must provide notice of intent to terminate to MLMRC by email which they can send to us at the MLMRC contact page here Without prior notice, MLMRC may terminate this Agreement, a members account, or a members use of the service, for any reason, including, without limitation, if MLMRC, in its sole discretion, believes a member has violated this Agreement, the MLMRC Acceptable Use Policy, or any of the applicable user policies. MLMRC may terminate a members account without notice. (this is very rare and only in the most extreme of situations)

9. REMEDIES. If a member are dissatisfied with the MLM Recruitment Center or any related terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of MLMRC, a memberr sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the website and, if a member are a Member, to terminate a memberr account. Upon agreement by the parties, any disputes may be resolved through arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be binding upon both parties. Sections 3, 5, 7, and 11 of this Agreement shall survive termination. Members also have a period of 60 days from the date of purchase to request a refund if they are not satisfied with the MLMRC services; however, after the 60 days are over if the Member has not asked for a refund this will constitute their acceptance and also their satisfaction of and with the Members area and services provided by MLMRC.COM and no request for a refund will be permitted or granted after that time frame is over.

10. DISCLAIMER. MLM Recruitment Center is a unique online Membership, which provides network marketers with specific resources that can aid in their business development. MLMRC has no specialized contact or agreements with the companies or websites listed in the MLMRC Members area. MLMRC does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for the accuracy of any information in the MLMRC database other than occasional updates and quality control screenings which we cannot guarantee will eliminate all errors. MLMRC makes no express warranties or guarantees and waives all implied guarantees, including, but not limited to the guarantees at the MLMRC website located at MLMRC.com.
